How can I help?

This page provides support for all iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps published by Luke McLaughlin. For the fastest help, include the app name and your device details when you get in touch.

Quick troubleshooting

  1. Update the app and your operating system to the latest available versions.
  2. Quit and reopen the app, then restart your device if the issue continues.
  3. For purchase issues, use the app's Restore Purchases button.
  4. Note what you were doing immediately before the problem appeared.

Subscriptions and purchases

App Store payments and subscription billing are managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.

For refunds or billing assistance, visit Apple's Report a Problem.

Read the privacy policy for information about how app data is handled.

Unless an app states otherwise, use is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Accessibility

If an app is difficult to use with VoiceOver, larger text, keyboard control, reduced motion, or another accessibility setting, please report the app name, device, and feature involved.

Contact app support

Send a support request with the app name, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove personal or sensitive information before attaching them.
